  1. Rendam laksa semalaman. Kemudian, rebus selama 3-4 minit. Toskan.
  2. Rebus ikan selayang bersama 3-4 keping asam gelugur. Asingkan isinya & blend dgn sedikit air. Blend jangan terlalu halus ye...
  3. Blend bawang merah & lada hitam.
  4. Panaskan santan dgn asam gelugur. Kemudian, masukkan bahan2 blend & ikan blend tadi. Kacau rata.
